Become a Volunteer at IMAF
Each year, the International Martial Arts Festival (IMAF) brings together athletes, families, and fans from around the world—and none of it would be possible without the help of passionate, dedicated volunteers. Whether you’re a martial arts student, a parent, or just someone who loves to support community events, we invite you to join the IMAF team and help us deliver a world-class experience.
Volunteers play a critical role in every part of the event—from keeping score and helping at the registration table to assisting with awards and supporting special divisions like Breaking Barriers. If you have previous experience as a referee or event staff, that’s great! If not, we’re happy to train you. All we ask is that you bring your energy, teamwork, and a willingness to help.
Each volunteer will receive an official IMAF credential and T-shirt (non-transferable) and will be assigned a role based on experience, availability, and event needs. The more details you provide in the form below, the better we can place you where you’ll have the biggest impact.
